Kaleen Saz, shall not be held responsible if you find variation from the visual data on our website in the actual carpet, including but not limited i.e., to color, texture, and size variation. 

RETURN POLICY  

KALEEN SAZ does not offer a refund or exchange policy. All our products are hand-knotted therefore slight variations might occur. Once you have purchased our product, no further claims concerning visible issues would be entertained.
